KFC online

I have never been so irritated by a delivery service . Placed a order online and the driver got lost , he than stated calling me being rude saying he was at the gate , went out but he was no where to be found . After 30mins the driver calls again and only to find out that he is at the wrong place . The agent i was talking to from customer services said the driver does not have data to connect to the GPS in order for him to get to me , 45 min after my order was scheduled the driver than cancelled my order with no warning
