KFC online

On Friday 05 Sep 25 I placed an online order on the KFC App for delivery. The funds came off my bank account but order was not processed. I called the store and was told they don’t see my order and that someone from KFC customer service will contact me. 30 minutes later no calls from KFC to resolve the issue. I eventually decided to call KFC customer care myself and was told they can see the funds was taken from my account but order not processed. I was told a refund will be processed and that I must re order but not use KFC app but Mr D instead bearing in mind I didn’t get a refund. And also that I will be contacted by KFC to confirm my refund. Monday 08 Sep 25 still no refund and messages from KFC. I contacted customer services again and was told oh we will process your refund now and send an email now to confirm. 2 hours later no email from KFC and no refund confirmation . Not only bad poor response from KFC customer services but bad service and response from KFC branch. Not the first time I encounter issues with KFC. Highly disappointed.
