KFC ONLINE

I ordered dinner for my family on the 9th April online. The money was deducted everything till this day I didn't receive any food, or refund or a call from customer care after i've called them and informed them about my problem. They said I will be refunded in 24 hours and its been days. This is not my first bad experience with KFC.
