Kfc online

Hi,

I have placed orders on KFC's website and App, but each time I get an error message "payment unsuccessful please try again later" but the money gets debited from my account. When I write to their customer service all I get is an automated response asking me for the order details including an order number which I don't have cause the order wasn't confirmed. I have tried their customer service countless times but I do not get a response. I just want my money back...
