KFC once again dissappoints

Went to buy KFC at the cape gate lifestyle centre branch in Brackenfell last night. Have had previous bad experiences with waiting times and incorrect orders but it is closed to my home so gave it another shot. When i got home I realised that the large chips I paid R20 for wasnt even filled half way and looked under cooked. Really dissapointing once again. Seems everytime I go there something goes wrong. Love KFC but this is just not cool.
