KFC omni square

KFC omni square drive through was a terrible experience this morning .. the person taking orders from the speaker box doesn’t understand English very uneducated, that’s not all , getting to the next window I get told to wait on the other side so the beeper doesn’t beep, I’m the only customer waiting. This is terrible customer service
