KFC - Oily Old Food

Good Day , Today 10 September 2018 at 16:09 , My colleague ordered lunch aqt our local KFC which is Century City Shell Branch. When I opened my meal the chips were charred and looked oily and limp, I had a piece of chicken and it tasted old and refried. I then called the store and spoke to the manager , He assured me they would replace my meal and I could come to the store and it would be fresh. I used MY lunch time to walk to your store. I collected the meal without the replacement cooldrink which is part of the meal. I got to work and the chips were oily once again and looked refried it tasted old as well as the chicken again. I was starving and had to eat the chips and drumstick. It is disgusting to think the Store Manager Suileman could smile at me handing over this replacement meal which is the exact same as I complained about before. My time which I wasted going for this replacement meal cannot be reimbursed and I am actually livid.
