KFC offer not open to all South Africans

I found the all star box special online, ordered, arrived at kfc only to be told that the special is for delivery only and they do not offer that service at all in Mtubatuba, KZN. They also claimed they had already made my order and i must pay full price but I know that is nonsense as all other online orders I have made have only been attended to after they have received my payment. I left and did not take the higher price offer. How can KFC offer delivery only specials when not all branches do delivery? This is against our rights to fair trade.
