KFC Observatory is the worst place to order food from

This was the first time I have placed a order during the covid 19 lockdown. This one experience I did not enjoy. I placed and order from KFC Observatory for 1x All in one 6piece meal, 10x zinger wings and one large mash and gravy. The food was delivered 30mins later than the estimated time given. On arrival the 6 pieces of Chicken was all breast pieces, the tubs of mash and gravy only contained mash. The 10 zinger wings were 6small winglets and 4 wings. I laid a complaint only to be told that the chicken portions are supp**** what is available on the shelf. The worst part was that the chicken still had feathers on them. All that Mr D could advise was that they would reimburse me for the mash and gravy because of the chicken portion clause in their terms and conditions. I would not recommend anyone to order from Observatory KFC at all.
