Kfc Observatory

I had went to kfc at 2 am during my lunch hour at work and then placed an order at the drive through, the cashier ensured that i just have to wait 4 mins i waited over 30 mins only to be told the chicken is gonna take another 10 mins..as a result of this i got back to work late and recieved a warning!!i am angry and frustrated beyond words with the incompetence of the workers
