KFC Observatory bad customer service

I ordered some food online from KFC Observatory on the 31st July. My order was confirmed at 19:43. I got an sms and an email confirmation, also informing me that my order should be collected from the store before 8:30pm. I arrived at 7:58pm. The store was closed and the staff were mopping and completely ignored me. I called the landline, it went unanswered the first time. It was answered on my 2nd attempt and the person who answered did nothing to assist. I emailed them & I got a call from someone 2 days later telling me that the store manager would contact me within 48 hours. It's been a week and I have not heard from them. I was not only inconvenienced, I used my fuel to drive to the store & my kids had to go without dinner.
