KFC Observatory appalling service

I ordered three all-star meals from KFC Observatory for delivery on Saturday. The order arrived at my house with the order incomplete. We called the customer care line on Saturday when we noticed our order did not have cool drinks. The lady who was assisting us said she has lodged a complaint.

To date, we still have not received any communication from KFC or KFC Observatory.

I am highly disappointed because I am regular customer of the franchise. This is now the second time my order from this establishment has been butchered. Yet I am still expected to pay full amounts. May I kindly be reimbursed what is owed to me or alternatively, can I get the full experience of my meal.

This is beyond unacceptable considering that I am now running after the franchise five days later. I don’t know if you know what customer service is, but from where I am sitting, this is not it.
