KFC Observatory

Lelona from the Observatory outlet was extremely rude and unhelpful. She did not seem at all interested in assisting us with placing an order. She had a very bad attitude, and treated the situation as if she was doing us a favor. She took her sweet time with processing a simple drive thru order, and bike us more than the actual cost of the meal. We ordered a Summer Lunch Box, which cost us R5 more than the price it was advertised for. When asked to provide a till slip, she told us that the printer was not working. Then, basically threw our food from across the booth through the car window.

I am disgusted by such low levels of service, and disrespectful behavior.
