KFC OAKDALE - TOTALLY DISGUSTED

Im totally disgusted with the level of service of KFC - Oakdale!. I placed an order via uber eats but did not received my full order. I've contacted KFC Oakdale to report the matter but was given the run around by Babalo asking me if I could collect the rest of my order myself. The reason why I used uber eats is because I dont have transport and I explained this to Babalo. He promised that they would deliver by 2h00, it is now 3h00 and im still waiting. I phoned twice already but all they keep saying is that they are waiting for a driver. Apparently they sent a driver with the order but according to them my phone was on voicemail but my phone is not off. This is UNACCEPTABLE.
