KFC Oakdale serves terrible service topped with terrible attitude and poor communication s****s on the side

<p>I buy KFC on a regular basis from KFC Oakdale on Durban Road in Bellville and have had such poor experience lately but monday night was the cherry on top.</p> <p>Everything started as normal, parked in the que are drive thru and waited, while their was no customers in side. Got to the ordering menu and placed my order. Now the fun starts when I got to the collection window... "You will wait 15 minutes", not hallo sorry but there is a delay or anything, i mean if they had a delay they could have told me at the ordering window and i could decide there if i wanted to change my order or go somewhere else. </p> <p>The the guy disappears and i get out of my car and walk to the window because i was not driving... the he refuses to come to speak to me and starts scratching at what clearly was old pieces of chicken that was laying around in the top shelves. then they wanted to give me 3 wings in a Street wise 5... i mean really people, i have orders dunked wings already... so i ask my money back... then the tall mall starts blabbing about me being rude, he didnt even greet me in the first place. All i wanted was my R304,40 back because i will not pay for poor service, bad quality food and a arrogant ass that cant communicate propperly. </p> <p>KFC Oakdale will never see me again... </p> <p> </p> <p>After i got my money back, i drove to another KFC and exatly 20 minutes later ordered my food and got great service and quality food from them. They told me when i ordered that it will take 10 minutes,.</p> <p>Like i said before i didnt mind waiting, but dont treat me like a piece of **** and then mess me around while you dont have any other customers to attend to like Oakdale KFC...</p>
