KFC now selling raw "Hot 7 Fresh" chicken

I purchased a KFC Family meal on 02/03/18 Friday evening at around 21h00.

I was told I would need to wait for chicken for 8 mins as I would get it 'hot & fresh'. I was glad to do so and my wife and I was asked to park and wait, they would bring it to us.

After more than 20mins later a lady comes up to the car and handed me a bag with the food that was in fact 'hot' , I was pleased and drove off home.

when my wife and I got home now around 22h00, on opening the bag of food and digging into the 'hot & fresh' KFC, the 1st piece that my wife picked up and broke was still very raw inside. I then told her to grab another piece instead, she did and it was also very raw, I then took a piece for myself and broke it and the skin just peeled off wet and fatty and the meat was raw. It was so terrible that not a single piece of the (6 piece family treat) had been cooked through. I have pictures of this and would like to share with the country on how 'Hot & Fresh" this meal really was. I am disgusted with the quality of the food and I must also add that there was a period where we had NOT purchased from this specific KFC branch. (KFC Jean Village Centurion). this had previously happened last year some time and my wife called up KFC where they replaced the meal and we were quite amazed with the quality of the replacement meal. Why does the brand NOT do this the 1st time around and live up to the quality they advertise?
