Kfc now a cell fone repair shop

This moring i wanted to get breakfast from kfc kilnerpark.tryed the drive through.no one at the order window.next window the lady said there card facility sont work so had to go in to the shop.got in to the shop and the lady taking the orders there is buzzy on her cell fone.waited for 5min before anybody saw there are customers.even then the lady just continued on the cell fone.then i said to them.i have taken a video and are going to camplain.still no help from her.just wondering when dit kfc become a cell fone shop.been there for 10min and no help.no foon.no service..then i just left and got food somewhere else.
