KFC, nothing grilled, only fried

Last night I tried to order a twister with grilled meat. I was told by the cashier they are not allowed to grill any chicken, everything is fried. As a diabetic I am not allowed to eat anything fried. This specific KFC in Plettenberg Bay has made me grilled meat when asked on numerous occasions. Lack of training???
