Kfc not worth it

Service at KFC Cosmo Extension 8 is the worst, firstly this is the fourth time I have been there and employees serving in the walk in section all take a break at the same time. Had to wait for 15minutes for drive thru staff to finally be free enough to serve at the counter. They are always out of sauces or condiment packets. Chicken was dry and barely edible or even fresh
