KFC NOT USER FRIENDLY!

They do not do call and collect on big orders. I mean what's the point of doing call and collect on small and quick orders. Customers do not want to go to the shop and have to wait for AN HOUR for the order. Spoke to Sbongile on the phone and she said it will take them 15minutes to prepare once I pay. Now I get to the shop and I am told to wait AN HOUR!

this management must do something about this. So inconvenient. I am definitely not returning to this shop anymore!
