Kfc not so fingerlicking good

i bought a Family shared meal with 8 pieces with extra cole slaw on the 27 August at Brits magalies hill kfc. im 70kilometers from Brits on a farm and when we got home the evening i dished up what a disappointment. i asked them to dunk my zinger wings which they did but there was almost no souce on. the chicken was very dry and the cole slaw i had to put extra mayonaise on to let it taste of something. i phoned Kfc the next morning and complained the ladys name is Tato and i asked het if she is not available who else can help she told met Dapne. she was ver apologetic and said when i come to Brits sgain they will replace it for me. i told her it could be up to two weeks because we dont go into town every week. she said she would write my name down because i threw the slip away but i had my bank state ment that showed i bought it. last week we went to town i went into Kfc Tato was not there and Dapne new nothing. they phoned her and the she said i only complained about mash and gravy that wasnt in the bag, i never take mash and gravy my husband is diabetic and cant eat it. the a guy named Vusi came and explained that i had to bring the whole meal back and they will replace it, Dapne said she wil give me 8 pieces of chicken and 2 coleslaw but that is it. when i got home there was only 7 pieces but im fed up now with Kfc magalies hill. the last times cole slaw was sour so i dont think they will be seeing me again.
