KFC not refunding Online payment transactions after they cancelled

I am disgusted by KFC. I ordered food online for a mere R 70.00 and had to wait two hours for them to tell me that they will be cancelling my order due to not having enough drivers available to deliver on top of that I get a notification saying I will be refunded then nothing happened for 5 days afterwards I get a call from their helpdesk asking me to send them my bank statement to investigate if I want my money back. what kind of old age assistance is that when you advertise your 50/50 special you never say anything about statements .
