KFC not living up to their competition so and standards

Angry frustrated and KFC has failed to meet with their standards and promises. The competition is **** as I bot twice bottomless bucket but couldn't not enter the competition was asked to send screenshot, proof of payment slip, order number, like over 10 emails, I have received emails n sms n I have responded to no avail, the agents call and drop the call wen I answer.. Dissatisfied, disappointed and angry customer😡😡😡
