KFC - "Not KFC and Poor Customer Service"

I purchased the 24 piece zinger wings bucket from KFC in Northern Drive, Phoenix, Durban today the 2nd of January 2022. The meal I received had no spices or flavor to it and was absolutely bland. We contacted the customer service for assistance and was advised the store will contact us to assist with the situation as the order was placed via a delivery app. We received a call from the store and they had informed us that we need to bring the meal back for them to assist, although we had advised them more than once that we do not have transport and thats why we ordered the meal via delivery. We were advised they will call us back, but we have not received any feedback as yet. We've also contacted the customer service thrice again thereafter and each time they kept dropping our calls. We are very disappointed with the service received from KFC, Northern Drive, Phoenix, Durban and the customer service
