KFC not keeping to their promise

Very bad service from Kfc Harrismith. I wonder if anyone else had a similar experience. Kfc motto is that if you walk in any time before 10pm, then u HAVE to be served. Unfortunately not only myself, but at least 3 other customers were turned away because there was 'no chicken'. What a load of ****. I complained via email and got a call about a week later from an employee of the branch (not even the manager). She apologized for the inconviniece and that's it. I asked why there was no compensation for I have wasted a lot of time and money. All she said was she will speak to the manager. Well that was the end of Kfc.
