KFC not full order received

Kfc canal walk shell garage. I purchased on the app a burger meal with 2 chips and 2 cokes. Firstly the estimated time was 1:35 then 2:05 then 2:15pm. After I paid at 1:04pm and had confirmation. I ask the driver where is my cooldrinks he said he don't know. I only get 1 reg chips even though my order has 2 reg chips. I open a complaint and is told they will give me a R25 voucher as a once off. I'm so unhappy with this because firstly I didn't get what I ordered. Secondly a R25 does not cover chips and cooldrinks I never got after waiting a hour to get my food.
