KFC not fresh at all

I was over the moon when a KFC opened in Eldorado Park as I always had to visit the branch at South gate for my chicken craving.I have tried on numerous occasions to give the new KFC the benefit of the doubt.I worked late last Friday and decided to buy a bucket from KfC.I I unfortunately had no time to lay a formal complaint as I had visitors over for super and I quickly had to make another plan.as the chicken once again tasted as if it was fried in old oil.I once went in store to complaint and the staff was quite friendly and apologised but this time I lost money as I had to now in to Nandos also based in Eldos to buy other chicken.Please can this later be attended to with urgency as we don't want to stop supporting KFC in out local area.
