KFC NORTHRIDING "REFILWE MANAGER" OUTBREAK

I hated the experience at Northriding KFC, firstly we were told the drive through was closed. there were no signs that there restaurant was closed. A lady by the name of Refilwe, who apparently is the manager told us that "we are closed you should go home" with attitude she even told is she didn't give a "****" that we were served or not, she continuously gave attitude, as much as I was angry, I would never in my life recommend KFC in Northriding to anyone as long as the Short lady by the name of Refilwe is still a manager. By the way it is on Malibongwe street, just next door to the News Cafe, everyone was vouching for her but she just didn't care because she is a bad manager, this is what we call gross negligence, KFC deserves better managers.
