Kfc northriding

Kfc in northriding is uttyerly useless. I will never support them again, time and again when i go visit them and i just want an soft twirl, their machine is never working. Especially on an scorching hot day in the middle of the week, do their machines never get serviced or are the staff just not looking after them? They could generate much more sales if the machine is in working condition. They are losing customers, and loosing money. Disappointed
