Kfc northridding is useless!

The kfc northridding is useless! Whenever I go through the drive thru they always tell me there is no ice cream! Its ridiculous cause then I can't even get out from the drive thru! And some of the staff is like they dont give a damn what u say. I keep telling them the same thing put a board outside in front so we know there is no ice cream. And making me wait in the long drive thru line!
