KFC Northmead Benoni

<p>Dear KFC Northmead,</p> <p>Last night I visited KFC Northmead in Benoni after the drive through queue was too long at Nando's. My order was captured at 18:46:21 and the value of it was R305.90. After I received my order I commuted to my residence of which is about 20 km from there. When I got home I noticed that I did not receive my buddy cokes as ordered. I would have left it but then I saw that I was charged R14.90 per coke. So someone at KFC Northmead last night enjoyed my cokes. So as from now on I will rather stand in the Nando's queue and NEVER EVER AGAIN will I or my family visit KFC Northmead. I do think the service that you deliver is pathetic and maybe you should look into it to implement systems for your staff not to short supply your customers.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards,</p> <p>F du Preez</p> <p> </p>
