KFC NORTHGATE MALL

I ordered from KFC NORTHGATE via the KFC app. My order could not be fulfilled due to there being no water, which I understood. After calling to find out what would happen to my refund, I was advised that I would get my food delivered. After constant calls to follow up, I ended up having to collect my food. When I got there I got the worst attitude from BOITUMELO and LINDIWE not only were they rude, they were speaking badly about me in vernac in my presence, Boitumelo continuously ignored me when speaking to her and even turned her back towards me to make it clear that she was ignoring me. This service is unacceptable and i would also love to know what happens to my delivery fee since I had to collect my food myself? KFC Northgate needs to deal with their staff and work on their service. Never ordering there again and I will report this incident on every platform possible.
