KFC Northern Drive – Very disappointing experience

We purchased KFC on Wednesday, 11/02, to the value of R209 from the Northern Drive branch. When collecting our order at the counter, we were given a “promotional cooldrink” that was already flat and warm at the time it was handed to us.

When we got home and opened our food, we found that our bag was missing tomato sauce, s****s, and chilli salt. Even more concerning, the two buns included with our meal were green on the sides, clearly indicating that they were expired.

This experience is extremely disappointing. We waited over 20 minutes for our food, spent a significant amount of money, and still received an incomplete order with unsafe food items. This reflects very poor quality control and service.

As a customer, I expect far better from a brand like KFC. This matter should be taken seriously, as this level of service is unacceptable
