KFC NORTHCOAST ROAD UTTER WASTE OF TIME

4 days in a row I have come to kfc north coast road to purchase food for my staff. And every single time I have to wait in excess of 5 to 15 minutes because hey do not have food prepared. From the time this branch opened we have this problem. Previously I've tried calling in to place and order so that I can come and collect and boom exact same problem. The service and efficiency of this branch is total putrid. Other clients are demanding their money back as they've been waiting more than 25minutes. I only come to this branch for the convenience yet there is absolutely nothing convenient about it. Wen I ask the staff, I am told that their boss told them not to prepare too much food at a time. This is totally unacceptable for a "fast food" outlet.
