KFC Northam

I went there to buy a simple toasted chicken & mayo breakfast as a take away, to my shock when I get to the office I find a cold white bread filled with chicken & mayo, I returned to KFC and found a shift supervisor busy watching videos on his tablet. I approached him and explained my story, his response was "I'M RETURNING IT JUST BECAUSE OF THE BREAD NOT TOASTED?" I said it's also because the bread is also cold and it's also falling apart which made me wonder if the bread was fresh as well. He took out the bread from the paper bag with his bear unclean hands and said it was fresh yet it fell apart in his hands as well. He then took it to "toast it", when he returned I asked him simple questions, firstly is he dealing with customer service for the first time since he didn't even bother to apologize for the error and secondly why is he treating me like I'm the one who's wrong? He asked why am I still complaining since he has my toast... I then asked him for a refund then he asked me if I'm complaining for the first time and I said yes. Then he told me to go to Wimpy and buy there!
