KFC - North Rand Road ; Boksburg

Ordered 2 Fully loaded box meals (R150) from the first window. Just to be told they had no cool drink at the second window. I was then told that they will have to charge me for everything in the box meal individually because they had no cool drink. Totalling R184 excluding cool drink. When I asked the manager if I can't just pay for the fly loaded box meals with out the cool drink. I was denied. She said I had to pay more because kfc has no cool drink. This makes no sense. Is this their way of trying to get more money from clients? KFC service has been going right down the drain of late and its disappointing.
