KFC NOORDHEUWEL NOT FOLLOWING PROTOCOL

KFC Noordheuwel does not follow covid protocol and not normal Health and safety!

Tonight as I placed my order at KFC I carefully watched the lady prepare the Latest addition to the menu- Chocolate Milkshake. The lady put the milkshake with the rest of the order amd went back to the ice cream station. "Cleaning" the station and then emptying out the flake tray/crumbs into her hand,straight into her mouth... NO GLOVES.

Looking at the rest of the staff (could not see the kitchen staff) NON of them were wearing gloves. Not the one bringing the colddrinks, not the one bringing the chips ,which by the way was ice cold and OLD, also not the lady bringing the burgers NOR the lady packing the take away.

I waited for the lady to hand me my food at the window and them asked her "should you not wear gloves?" Which she rep**** and said only the kitchen. I then asked her "What's your name?" She said " I'm not wearing my name badge" I could see that, that's the reason I asked. After asking her numerous times she eventually said that her name was Patricia. How true that is, I don't know.

I them asked "Patricia" why she is not wearing gloves, nor the rest of her team that was preparing and packing my food. She kept saying they don't have to,only the kitchen wears gloves.

I told her that for hygienic reasons they should all wear gloves, they are working with food and secondly THEY SHOULD ALL FOLLOW COVID PROTOCOL.

KFC please let me know how the above matter will be resolved. Not following basic Hygiene Not following Covid protocol NOT EVEN ABLE TO MAKE FRESH DECENT FOOD!

I WILL NEVER SUPPORT KFC AGAIN! 24hour for feedback otherwise I'll have to take this to social media. I'm sure the right eyes will get to see this
