KFC NONQUBELA bad service

Last night at around 21:20/25 my partner and I got to KFC NONQUBELA BP Garage to purchase our usual "big six". And as usual we requested we get the same chicken pieces as on the display which we've always requested at other KFC and got, but last night was a different story when a lady called Mandy came to us Firstly with an attitude and secondly telling us that they won't dish us the pieces we requested. We then asked why because previous KFCs had no problem with our request. She told us that, it is not part of the KFC procedure or rather KFC doesn't allow that which came to us a shock. Like she said, she did! We got the pieces "she" thought were suitable for us. Only to get home and get another shock of finding out mashed potatoes were only half the container which we took pictures of. At the end of the day, it is our money that we use to buy this food for us to be treated as if we're getting it for free. I'm very upset!
