Kfc none complete order (twice)

Twice this evening, we did not receive an item in our order. This is unacceptable and seems like staff is ******** people and taking food for themselves. Twice have we had to return which is petrol and time, our event is not going according. At this point we can easily switch to McDonald's which is down the road but if something can be done to rectify we this, there is no need. Either way your staff need to to trained, unhappy customers cannot receive attitude when they are unfairly treaded
