Kfc non existence promo

I went to KFC where I didn't get their street wise remix.and i was told that they dont have it.because they don't have nuggets ever since they started this promo I have never got it.and my question is why does KFC run a promo and not all of their branches have.atleast they should inform us that not all of their branches offer this promo and it's funny coz the still have it in their menu right infront of our eyes.so I was just so disappointed and the lady who was helping me she did not even show any interest in explaining to me if they dont swap with something else if they dont have nuggets.i expected more from them.
