KFC - non delivery - are they *******?

KFC is USELESS! no delivery on orders, 5 phone calls. no delivery. Just imagine the minutes I had to spend... Extra money to receive NOTHING! Called customer care and all they had to say is ... we see what you ordered, but sorry the store did not receive the order. Please wait 7-14 days for your refund, RIDICULOUS! Can you please place the order now? No sir, we need to refund you... We can't place the order. Geez KFC, really???? Spent thousands on you through the years,,, you will NEVER EVER EVER see me again! I have a whole family that were looking so forward to this special once in a month Friday take away meal. Now we delay supper with 4 hours (promised to deliver by 17:20, and 2 hours later and 5 phone calls later) NOTHING. PAY back my money today! This is the 3rd time this happened, every other time you resolved it professionally. Today you shrug your shoulders... WOW
