KFC non-delivery app

I ordered food on the app from the Fourways mall KFC, the restaurant accepted my order and confirmed it, had a delivery guy assigned to my order. After all these and payment being made on the app I get called and told that the store has closed and my order won’t be processed. On the KFC app it shows that the store closes at 22:00 but I don’t understand why I got told that the store has already closed at 21:00. How does the store close but still accept orders on the app and update the order status? This is so frustrating and I was left inconvenienced especially because I did not get my food that I paid for and no one bothered to refund my money so I could get food somewhere else since KFC is failing to meet their customers needs. The incompetence and lack of urgency from the staff at KFC is disappointing. I still have not received my food, the app keeps saying my food will be handed to the driver. The money I paid for this “ghost” food has not even been refunded. How disappointing. I will not advise anyone to buy on the KFC app because it’s not accurate, all they do is take your money and not deliver your food.
