KFC non-deliver

On the 7th of February I ordered a meal after work on the KFC app and the nearest store to me was KFC Mall of Tembisa. After waiting for 2 hours, with no order arriving I decided to call to find out what was going on. They then proceeded to tell me that my order has been cancelled because they couldn’t find a driver to make the delivery. Til today I have not received my refund. Poor service from the call center and social media pages. I want my money today!!!!
