KfC no serviçe

I tried to get some KFC yesterday after walking to there from spar I was informed that I would have to wait for 1 hour as there pot was warming up I then took a Uber to the next KFC it was at sundowns I get there at 7pm and I'm am told that we are closed. I am very upset as I had nothing to eat all day spend money to get to KFC just to get no service just disappointment.
