KFC NO SERVICE

I am appalled by the service at New KFC - Cradlestone Mall Sasol.

As you want to support the NEW business the service is none existant

We placed an order 2 peice chicken and one coleslaw & payment made we waited 30 minutes before it came at the time there were 2 clients waiting in the queue so not that they were busy...

They had no chicken and had to make more but they should have inform the clients that they have a problem. But what can you expect staff would rather be out side under the umbrella than inside attending to clients.

Manager was Alfred he simply refused to assist when clients complained he turned a blind eye.

So in short can't complain about the service there is none...
