KFC - No refund

My fiance placed an order at Umlazi Mega Philani KFC on the 1st of August online, and was told that there is no driver and we would be refunded. However, we have never been refunded and when we went to the store, our details were taken and we were told a message was sent to the whatsapp support group and we would be contacted...However no one has contacted us.
