KFC NO Party Sets plates?

I was disappointed by KFC, different places in Rusternburg Boitekong and Majakaneng branches, they never have the free party set that comes when buying the 15 piece. I drove far just to get them for my kid and alas they are never there different dates. I am beginning to think they are never der its just **** advertising.
