Kfc no more

so with this review I blame myself more than I blame kfc for still going back and ordering from them after countless encounters of bad service,bad food and very bad customer care.I lost count of how many times I laid a complaint and got a reply that it has been forwarded to the right department to be handled and someone will be in touch,not sure where they are trying to be in touch from because I'm still waiting.so I gave them 1 star,should have gave them none.so if anyone of us that has a problem with kfc or their food its on us because we never learn the first time
