KFC no interested in refunds

I ordered online for delivery. The platform said no drivers available and the purchase went through but no delivery or trace there-of. I have sent many emails and requests, I even had an agent confirm I would receive a refund. This was in January, it's now May. No one comes back to me now when I send a request. Should I walk into any random KFC ,jump behind the counter and grab a few things to get my money back I wonder.
