KFC No Hope

I made an online order for delivery at KFC Reitz on 23 September 2024 to the amount of R229. After I made payment the restaurant accepted my order and even gave me an estimated time of delivery. 5 mins later I receive an email stating my order had been cancelles due to no drivers being available and that my money will be refunded.

I have still not received my refund. This is unacceptable. The restaurants should not advertise that they have a delivery service if they dont have drivers. The 23rd is right before payday and I decided to spoil my kids with the last money I had left for the month. But thanks to your false advertising, I had two very dissapointed kids. Stop advertising delivery services if you do not have drivers available. And please refund my money.
